UTRŪtech
UTRŪtech offers a new approach to establish high-yield protein production in mammalian cell systems.
Using selected targeting elements and state-of-the-art genetic engineering techniques (UTRŪtech), the cells' protein synthetic machinery and secretory pathway are efficiently exploited, leading to high production rates of any protein of interest.
Different targeting elements were shown to result in model-protein yields with up to 50-fold differences.
The incorporation of UTRŪtech in a highly optimised industrial mammalian expression system gave 50% increased productivity.

Complementarity
