Incorporation of relevant omponents into customer’s expression vector

1. Review of customer’s expression system regarding:
   1. composition of the vector
   2. fine-tuning between the selection
   3. efficiency marker, cell line, growth conditions and cloning procedure used
2. Optimization Plan
   The customers will be provided with a detailed plan for adjustments to their expression vector
3. Review of customer’s expression
   According to agreed work plan selected components will be incorporated into the expression vector and yield assessment as well as protein quality performed (either by the customer or UniTargetingResearch AS).

The improved vector will be delivered together with a non-exclusive Research Evaluation License

Expression vector tailored to individual proteins by applying UTR®Tailortech

UTR®Tailortech is a novel concept based on rational libraries of targeting elements and enriched in best performers. Using our proprietary “pre-made” library approach, we generate variants of an expression vector (provided by the customer or us) encoding any protein of interest. When combined with high-throughput screening technology, production clones showing exceptional performance can readily be identified.

Tool-proteins

including difficult-to-produce/intracellular proteins Production up to 100mg

Production of tool-proteins by transient pools of e.g. HEK 293 or CHO cell lines

The customer provides the cDNA or genomic sequence of the CDS of the protein of interest either in silico or on a plasmid.

The protein pre/post purification will be delivered including documentation regarding the protein quality
